Skin prick test
Allergology
This test measures physiological reactions against allergens that are considered responsible for allergies, and is painless. The test is performed by skin puncture and is the main diagnostic tool together with the patient’s clinical history to offer the doctor immediate results (fifteen minutes).
This test is generally used to identify allergies to pollen, mold, pet pope, dust mites, and food, among others.
