Gynecomastia

Gynecomastia surgery corrects abnormal enlargement of the male breasts. This excess volume in the chest can affect one or both breasts, and can even acquire an appearance similar to that of a woman’s breasts.

With this surgical intervention, the surgeon helps the patient recover the natural size and position of the breast through a process that depends on the origin of the gynecomastia. In each case, the excess of fat, glandular tissue, skin or even the size of the areola will be assessed.
