Graduated in Optics and Optometry from the Faculty of Optics and Optometry of Terrassa (UPC), specialized in clinical practice at the Catalan Institute of Retina in 2014 and in low vision by “Grup Recoletos” in 2016.

In his career he has carried out optometric tasks in several public and private hospital centers: The Sagrat Cor Hospital (Barcelona), the General Hospital of Catalonia (Sant Cugat del Vallès) and the integrated Ophthalmology Service of Vallès Oriental (Hospitals de Granollers, Mollet and Sant Celoni).

Certified optometrist for multicentre clinical studies. Corresponding certificates with Spectralis SD-OCT Heidelberg, ETDRS, Topcorn TRC 50 EX, Cannon digital camera CR2, visual acuities with ETDRS and data processing through electronic portals such as Corc, iMedidata, Marvin or Duke.

He has participated in studies such as OPH 1003, OPH 1004, CEDAR, Centera, Columbus, AQUA&VIOLET RAVE, AVX012, PG324 – (Mercury) and RTH.
Coordinator of several clinical trials in the research group “Vallès ophtalmology research”.
