Dr. Carlos Asencio Cortés is a Consultant Neurosurgeon with over 10 years of experience in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of complex brain and spine disorders. He earned his Medical Degree from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and completed his Neurosurgery residency at the prestigious Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau in Barcelona.

Throughout his career, he has worked in leading neurosurgical units, with particular expertise in skull base surgery, vascular neurosurgery, and spinal surgery. He currently practices at HM Delfos Hospital in Barcelona.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Asencio is actively involved in teaching and research, contributing to scientific publications and participating in national and international neurosurgical societies.
